Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering key initiatives
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and remove blockers for the team
• Coach teams on Agile values and support the Product Owner in backlog management

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Experience in wealth management is a strong asset
• Ability to track team performance and drive continuous improvement
• Experience in fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
