Job Summary
A company is looking for a SEM Director to lead paid search efforts and drive strategy in the home services and lead generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the SEM strategy across various platforms, testing and scaling new channels
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including keyword strategy, copywriting, and performance optimization
- Act as a client-facing expert, presenting results and managing expectations while mentoring a team of SEM specialists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of paid search experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
- Proven success managing multi-channel, high-budget SEM campaigns
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and related technologies
- Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities
