Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Tax Prep & Support (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to the tax preparation team via various communication channels
• Monitor and support the tax support communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Address and resolve customer escalations and issues effectively and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Must be an actively credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
• 1+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns
• Strong technical skills in professional tax software and Microsoft 365 applications
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
