Job Summary
A company is looking for an ISP Investment Advisor Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to telephone inquiries regarding managed accounts from representatives
- Provide support to representatives in all aspects of managed account processing and document research findings
- Offer recommendations to improve the efficiency of customer service operations and provide training to new customer service trainees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3 years of work experience in the Securities Industry
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Series 6/7, 24/26, and 65/66 licenses required (2 of 3 must be obtained prior)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of individual securities and market dynamics preferred but not required
