Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Center Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incident and task related tickets
• Provide a first level of escalation to Associate SOC Analysts
• Assist with firewall related projects and routine maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years IT or Information Security experience or a bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Holds Jr level industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, Network+ or similar)
• Preferred mid-level industry certifications related to network security (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSA, Cisco CCNA Security)
• Professional Services or law firm experience
