Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned quotas for expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, enhancing satisfaction and adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts within partner organizations
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Direct Sales roles
- Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of MEDDPIC
- Experience with SFDC or similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and efficiency in execution
