Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and conduct financial analysis for real estate entities
• Manage accounting for real estate transactions, including acquisitions and lease agreements
• Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with GAAP and real estate accounting
• Proficiency in managing complex reconciliations and financial reporting
• Familiarity with Timberline software is a plus
