Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for providers
- Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments to ensure accuracy
- Assist with budget forecasting related to doctor compensation and prepare information for financial audits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- No specific licenses or credentials required
