Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative team environment and overseeing the hiring and onboarding process
• Manage the monthly close process, revenue cycle, and compliance-related reports while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll management
