Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will manage accounting operations and support the CFO in financial reporting and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement generation
• Manage general ledger activity related to eCommerce platforms and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Strengthen internal accounting controls and assist with external audit processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA designation preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in a senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial audit procedures
• Proficient in accounting systems including QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
• Direct experience with eCommerce platforms and multi-state sales tax compliance
