Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Sales Cloud
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting across multiple time zones
