Senior Business Analyst - Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Insurance / Claims Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current claims and accounting systems, workflows, and pain points
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and document as-is processes
• Define to-be state processes and develop a business and technical requirements package

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in insurance or financial services
• Deep understanding of insurance claims workflows and system touchpoints
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements
• Proven track record in producing implementation roadmaps
• Experience supporting system evaluations
