Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will analyze processes and design solutions to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business owners to map out processes and identify value opportunities
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support training, change management, and user testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, with at least 3 years leading large projects
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or branded manufacturing is a plus
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification is a bonus
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies is helpful
