Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for project deliverables
• Manage relationships and expectations among customers, project managers, and technical staff
• Coordinate changes to functional specifications and support customer training efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design, preferably within a Scrum Agile team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools and certifications in business analysis preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and experience with healthcare data sources
