Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the Department of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis services at local, institutional, and enterprise levels
• Examine costs, benefits, and risks of proposed projects and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business objectives and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience in a related field
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
• Working knowledge of workforce management systems (e.g., Oracle, UKG) preferred
• Familiarity with nursing operations or healthcare practices
• Experience in supporting workforce strategy, including budget planning and FTE modeling
