Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis or performance auditing
• Experience working with public transit systems or similar transportation agencies
• Strong skills in KPI development, peer benchmarking, and survey analysis
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facility observations
• Ability to produce clear, actionable recommendations and audit reports
