A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional departments to identify business needs and optimize customer-lifecycle management systems
- Support business strategy development and manage the documentation and implementation of customer success processes
- Analyze technology solutions, recommend best practices, and facilitate testing and launch activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, focusing on Customer Success and Salesforce-related technologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Customer Success technology, with familiarity in Coveo, Docebo LMS, and Gainsight preferred
- Experience with process definition methodologies and application tracking analytics
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio or other modeling tools, with data analysis skills to support process definition and performance monitoring
