Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Change Management to lead change initiatives across various organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of stakeholder impacts for complex projects
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies tailored to minimize disruption
• Collaborate with various functions to achieve change management objectives and evaluate success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum five years of change management experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale business or technology initiatives
• Prosci certification preferred; CCMP certification a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry and project management is a plus
