Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum five years of change management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale business or technology initiatives
- Prosci certification preferred; CCMP certification a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry and project management is a plus
