Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to leverage cloud technologies and automation in building and maintaining a scalable and secure platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an automation framework using Pulumi, Terraform, and Ansible, with a focus on Python programming
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security across multiple cloud platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• 5+ years in incident response and major incident management
• Expertise in Pulumi or Terraform and proficiency in Ansible for automation tasks
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience developing automation tools in a cloud environment
