Key Responsibilities
- Lead copywriting for B2C content across various channels to drive program enrollment and member engagement
- Support strategy and execution of lifecycle and growth campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conceptualize and create creative assets for thematic campaigns, webinars, and social content
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of copywriting and content strategy experience in B2C or B2B2C environments
- Ability to work PST time zone hours
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition through email and direct mail
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
- Experience producing a high volume of marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
