Senior Customer Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical support and coverage
• Define and implement technical success plans tailored to customer business objectives
• Facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Elastic solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with Observability, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Search
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
