Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical support and coverage
- Define and implement technical success plans tailored to customer business objectives
- Facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Elastic solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is preferred
- Familiarity with Observability, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Search
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
