A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, verifying necessary data for processing
- Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues effectively
- Meet performance goals related to efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance while assisting members with their inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6+ months of work-at-home experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience or 1+ years in a medical/standard office setting, call center, or phone support role
- Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new systems
