A company is looking for a Sr. D365 Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document business processes
- Negotiate with business to maintain out-of-the-box functionality and write functional user stories
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and process flow
- Experience in conducting workshops with Business & IT collaborators
- Deep functional expertise in D365 CE modules, including Customer Service and Field Service
- Understanding of D365 integration with external sources and third-party applications
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or DevOps studio
