Senior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to contribute to the design strategy and improve design processes within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with stakeholders
• Support user research efforts and facilitate discussions with multi-disciplinary teams
• Coach junior designers and provide actionable feedback to foster their growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in design
• Experience with design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Prior experience serving as a mentor to junior team members
• Lead user research efforts including synthesis and documentation of findings
• Experience in navigating ambiguous requirements and environments
