Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of science-driven fundraising content and edit peer content
• Develop relationships with leaders and experts to craft persuasive philanthropic cases
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects and mentor peers while achieving measurable results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in biomedical research, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
• Preferred experience in an academic medical center or nonprofit fundraising organization
• Experience coaching and editing the work of other writers
• Expert-level knowledge of multichannel communications and engagement strategies
