Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Agentic Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints for enterprise deployment
• Ensure applications meet high standards for quality, robustness, and composability
• Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI blueprints

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture with a focus on Python, C++, or Go
• 5+ years of experience as a leader/manager of a multi-functional team
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Proven success in developing generative AI or agentic AI applications as proof-of-concept
