Key Responsibilities
- Understand and meet the unique needs of each client
- Deliver a high-quality, white-glove experience throughout the engagement
- Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize resources for clients
Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing senior leaders
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders
- Experience with involuntary terminations preferred
- Collaborative approach to working with leadership and teams across the organization
