Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual financial planning processes for compensation-related topics
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for share count and stock impacts
- Collaborate with the People Team and Accounting for compensation planning and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles with focus on compensation programs
- Strong modeling skills and proficiency in financial planning systems
- Prior experience supporting HR or Total Rewards teams is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines
