Warehouse Finance AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Warehouse Finance and Custody Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs, including loan eligibility and processing payments
• Provide operational support using technical solutions for external clients and lending partners
• Develop key documents to support clients, including policies, procedures, and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
• Knowledge of the mortgage business and experience overseeing project teams
• Proficient knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business and ProMerit technology
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, especially Microsoft Excel
