Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business decisions and drive company culture within the Finance Department
- Manage finance department processes, ensuring efficient operational accounting and billing
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software, preferably NetSuite
- Strong preference for candidates with construction accounting experience
- Experience in private equity and job costing/revenue recognition
