Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning models
• Analyze monthly results against forecasts and budgets, providing insights on variances and trends
• Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• CPA or MBA is a strong plus
• 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required
• Experience with financial planning tools preferred
