Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual operating plan, including building and updating the financial model and preparing materials for executive meetings
• Provide financial insights and support for company-wide budgeting and forecasting, reviewing budget vs actuals with department leaders monthly
• Support pricing strategy development and provide pricing guidance to the sales team, analyzing deal structures and negotiation trade-offs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Strategic and creative problem solver
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
