Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst to lead financial modeling, planning, analytics, and reporting across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between product leadership and FP&A for accurate forecasting and communication of financial results
• Develop and manage detailed financial models for PnL budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with product leadership to align financial strategies with business goals and improve FP&A processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in business partnerships, including financial results preparation and variance analysis
• Ability to drive process improvements in financial operations
• High proficiency with financial software and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
