Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HCM Developer specializing in Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations with third-party applications
• Partner with business users to gather reporting requirements and develop various types of reports
• Provide ongoing support for Workday modules and lead system configuration efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations using various technical methods
• Proficiency in developing Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports
• Workday Partner or Pro certifications in Integration and at least one functional area
• Experience with business process configuration and security policies is a plus
