Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, compliance, and employee benefits administration
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance assessments
- Provide coaching and support to people managers on employee relations and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in payroll and benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a client-facing organization, such as a consultancy
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and state employment laws
- Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce across multiple locations
