Senior Licensed Clinical Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Strategy Manager, Clinical Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of the digital product and platform under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate clinical input throughout all stages of product development
• Analyze product performance in key areas, including provider use, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality

Required Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with 10+ years of post-graduate experience (PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in clinical quality, strategy, healthcare operations, or developing electronic health records
• Experience in health plans, health systems, or value-based healthcare startups
• Proven ability to develop digital health products
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
