Benefit Plan Configuration Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Plan Configuration Advisor Associate, REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new business requirements for benefit design changes and establish appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with benefit design standards and maintain technical documentation
• Manage plan benefits coding changes, test execution, and validation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• Less than 2 years of experience in Benefit Plan Configuration
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Experience with adjudication processes and analyzing benefit plan design is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel
