A company is looking for a Carrier Consulting Associate Consultant to provide technical and operational support within their Carrier Consulting Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational reviews and process improvements by analyzing processes and implementing recommendations
- Assist in software evaluations and vendor coordination, ensuring technology solutions meet program objectives
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks, collecting data and evaluating compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years of experience in life, disability, and absence management, benefits administration, or product development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing contract provisions for market competitiveness
- Experience with operational audits in the life, disability, and absence space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems
