Senior M&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cash Application Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on the K-12 EdTech market to identify potential acquisition targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential targets and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial statements and metrics of potential targets to assess strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required (MBA or CFA a plus)
• 2-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Familiarity with the education technology or K-12 market is preferred
• A self-starter with strong business judgment
