Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support (Cloud / Technical).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Support team to meet or exceed customer support OKRs
- Mentor Customer Support Managers and hold regular meetings to triage customer issues
- Address support issues from customers to resolution via phone and remote desktop support
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- 5-7 years of software support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, IIS, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure
