Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the vision for post-shipment customer experience, collaborating across business units
- Lead the refinement and implementation of warranty policies and post-shipment service processes
- Analyze post-shipment cost drivers and support budget planning to improve operating margins
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in customer experience or post-shipment service in a B2B environment
- Experience with CX technologies, AI, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and service platforms, such as Salesforce
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus
