Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in partnership with Finance and HR
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Ability to build strong relationships and present to senior leaders
- Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and understanding business risks
