A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy & References.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage the global Customer Advocacy & Reference Program
- Build infrastructure and processes for a scalable reference program including peer references and customer testimonials
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to activate customer advocates
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs
- Proven success in launching global reference initiatives at SaaS or data companies
- Experience with advocacy platforms and CRM tools
- Comfortable interfacing with C-level customers
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or sales
