Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Ticket Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tracking programs to ensure sales goals are met
• Lead and manage the ticket sales team, including hiring and training staff
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain accurate sales records

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of sales experience with a proven sales record
• A minimum of two years of management experience
• A degree in business, sports management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster/Archtics and Salesforce
• Experience managing a CRM platform
