Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support and scale payroll operations during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities
- Support payroll tax compliance, including maintaining unemployment tax rates and coordinating new state tax registrations
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and collaborate on recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth or complex environment
- Prior experience processing payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll systems such as UKG is a plus
