Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support and scale payroll operations during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities
• Support payroll tax compliance, including maintaining unemployment tax rates and coordinating new state tax registrations
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and collaborate on recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in a high-growth or complex environment
• Prior experience processing payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with payroll systems such as UKG is a plus
