Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance and timely payroll cycles
• Ensure adherence to federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve payroll issues and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably with U.S. and Canadian payrolls
• Strong knowledge of federal and state/provincial payroll tax regulations
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent designation is a plus
