Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Process Manager (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee department processes, monitoring and planning for improvements and new controls
  • Collect and analyze process data to support sustainable business practices and report findings to leadership
  • Coach and train junior associates on controls design and performance targets
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • A minimum of 2 years in people management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or Process Management
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
