Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Designers to create and scale AI-driven experiences across various platforms

• Design user-centered solutions that translate abstract AI capabilities into accessible experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio in complex systems or AI-enhanced products
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with a focus on systems thinking
• Experience with strategic alignment tools to prioritize work effectively
