Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Internal Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve internal AI products including chatbots and automation workflows
• Design and launch self-service solutions for external users
• Lead end-to-end product development from research to delivery and iteration

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or automation
• Experience in high-volume operational environments such as customer support
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead product initiatives
• Practical experience with conversational AI technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
