Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Blood Diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the blood diagnostics vertical, from planning to operational launch
• Design and execute scalable processes and workflows in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless implementation and oversee transition to sustained operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
• Experience in establishing new operational business lines
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and lab operations
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
